Bonny Nickle

Dr. Nickle possesses over 25 years of demonstrated management and leadership experience within the post-secondary and vocational sector.  Her scope of expertise includes academic, accreditation and instructional experience with both regionally and nationally accredited institutions.  She has held positions as Dean, Vice President of Education, Provost and Chief Academic Officer at the University of Phoenix, National-Louis University, Florida Institute of Technology, National University, Allied American University, Corinthian Colleges and California Southern University.


Dr. Nickle holds a Doctorate in Education with a specialization in Institutional Management and Educational Leadership from Pepperdine University. She earned her undergraduate and graduate degrees in Business Administration from National University.  Her publications and presentations focus on the adult learner, online learning and co-curricular assessment. 



A graduate of the WSCUC Assessment Leadership Academy, Dr. Nickle serves as a content reviewer for the WSCUC Accreditation Resource Conference (ARC) and previously served as a Board Member for the Career Advisory Council and the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET).
